Kingston residents send their children to one of eight elementary schools, including Kingston Elementary School, Midtown Elementary School and Walnut
Hill Elementary School. For older students, the Roane County School District operates five middle schools including Rockwood Middle School, Midway Middle
School and Cherokee Middle School. High school students have six schools to choose from in the Roane County District, including Midway High and Roane
County High. Three private schools are available to local parents, including two religious schools, the Calvary Baptist School and the Roane County
Christian School.
